What type of art prints do you offer? 

All our art prints are giclee prints produced on high quality archival paper made of 100% cotton rag. 

What is a giclée print?

Giclée printing is the standard print technology when it comes to producing museum-level quality prints. It refers to a process of printing in which pigment-based inks are combined with high quality archival paper. The quality of a giclee print is far superior to all other forms of printing- they provide better color accuracy than other means of reproduction and are generally less vulnerable to fade under light. Please note: Due to the nature of screen to print resolution, some color variations might occur.

Do giclée prints require special care and handling?

Yes, giclée prints are extremely delicate so extra care must always be taken when handling your print. To fully protect your giclee print, we strongly recommend the following:

• Try to touch the paper as little as possible and avoid touching the image area entirely.
• Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before handling your print.
• Mount the prints under glass to minimize exposure to humidity and airborne contaminants.
• Use mat/mount to create distance between the surface of the print and the glass.
• Use acid-free material (i.e. mat/mount, backing, tapes, etc.) when framing or storing your print.
• Do not expose the prints to direct or harsh sunlight. 
• Do not hang prints near areas with extreme temperature fluctuations. 

Do you offer framing with your gicleé prints?

Currently, we don’t provide framing as an option.

When and how will I receive my order and shipping confirmation?

You will receive an email confirmation within 20 minutes of placing the order. You will receive a second email with shipping confirmation. Wherever we have tracking numbers, we will include them in your shipping confirmation.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping cost is calculated at check out. International shipping charges do not include import duties or taxes. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

How are my prints delivered?

Your prints are rolled and packed in a tube. 

How long will my order take?

Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. Whilst we make every effort to meet this timeframe, deliveries might take a little longer.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We don’t offer refund or exchange. If the item is defective or damaged, please contact us via the contact form on our website.
